Refund Policy at
Vita Seniors & Vita Kids

The school follows a structured and transparent refund policy.

3.1 Eligible Cases for Refund

    Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:
  • Duplicate payment of fees
  • Excess payment made due to technical error
  • Failed transaction where money is deducted but not credited


3.2 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Fees paid for completed academic services
  • Admission fees, registration fees, and other non-refundable charges


3.3 Refund Request Process

  • A written or online request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction
  • Transaction ID and proof of payment must be provided


3.4 Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method
